CyberExam

http://www.atpcorp.com/cyberexam.htm

CyberExam was originally constructed by Virtual Learning Technologies as an enabling software tool that allows schools, universities, and corporations to create on-line testing instruments that will automatically grade and analyse results.

CyberExam meets formative purposes and permits instructors to easily create and administer tests from distance, and it automatically tracks and reports performance data according to statistics determined by the test designer. Because the assessment reports can be reviewed by the student immediately after completing the test, the CyberExam software is multi-functional. The student can be directed to other on-line help in the areas of weakness. This feature makes CyberExam an instructional and training tool as well as a powerful testing and surveying instrument. In addition, multimedia content may be added almost anywhere within the test.

The other features include: ability to work with MS SQL Server database for increased scalability; designed to work with IIS; can automatically send e-mail to all students assigned to a test with URL. Students will simply click on the URL, go to a page that asks them to log in, and go directly to the test; Instructors receive a message upon entering CyberExam notifying of tests with essays to be graded; there is also the ability to import explanations for correct answer along with question and answers (with correct answer marked).

The following question types are currently supported:

  • List ordering
